But more than that, Adventures In Leadership reinforces classroom learning with one-on-one coaching sessions that allows the participants to move from conceptual learning to practical implementation of leadership in your organization.

In this day-long session we will explore key leadership concepts, relating them to real-life situations, and applying them directly to your business. Active discussion, debate, and interaction are the orders of the day as participants begin to explore their own beliefs, relate the concepts of leadership to their personal situations, and see the concepts in action through the timeless classic movie "12 O'clock High".
Set in Britain during WWII, this Darryl F. Zanuck production is recognized by many as a leadership classic as Gregory Peck takes over a "hard luck" squadron of Allied Bombers and turns them into a crack squad by applying the fundamental leadership concepts discussed in this class. The movie is based on a true story with real situations and real characters.
Cost: $425 per employee with a maximum cost of $3995 for up to 10 attendees. The cost per employee includes 3 personal one-on-one phone coaching sessions (30 minutes each) with each participant enabling them to apply the concepts learned in the class to their own personal situation. All coaching sessions must be complete within 60 days of the class.
